The 2020 NFL Draft has officially come to a close after three hectic days. During that time, 255 college prospects have now found new homes in the NFL. The virtual event started with the Cincinnati Bengals drafting hometown hero Joe Burrow and ended with the New York Giants selecting Mr. Irrelevant Tae Crowder. However, for those that were not lucky enough to land on a team, they still have the ability to be signed as an undrafted free agent.
Shortly after the seven-round event came to a close, all 32 teams in the NFL have been given the ability to fill out their remaining open roster spots with some of the prospects that weren’t selected. It is a hectic period, as teams try to find some of the hidden gems that could eventually make it onto their final rosters.
It might be hard to believe, but there are some impressive NFL names that were undrafted free agents. The most notable of the pack would be Houston Oilers quarterback Warren Moon. More recently, before gracing us with his game analyst skills every Sunday, Tony Romo was also signed as an undrafted free agent.
We don’t know if there will be another Moon or Romo in this year’s class, but nonetheless, here is a running list of 2020 undrafted free agent signings, according to various media reports and team releases.
