According to a report in Paraguay, 19-year-old Ivan Franco is being linked to a move for MLS. The Libertad attacking midfielder, who has 16 goals in 63 appearances for the Paraguayan Primera Division side, has a chance to come to MLS, the club’s vice president told Futgol 970.
Club Libertad’s Vice President Rubén Di Torre tells @Futgol970py that 19-year-old Paraguayan international attacking midfielder Iván Franco has an opportunity to go to MLS.

Franco, a 5-foot-5 No. 10 who came up through the Libertad youth system, made his senior national team debut for Paraguay in September in a 4-2 away win against Jordan.
